PAYMENT

ALL PAYMENTS ARE THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY [ko-fi payment option in progress]payments will be paid in full before the sketching stage of each commission. i will provide my paypal link in dms once we have decided on a commission plan.

REFUNDSfull refunds are only allowed before the sketching phase has begun, or if i have not started the commission 3 months⭒ after being paid. once the sketching phase has begun, no full refunds are permitted. if a refund is requested after the sketching phase has begun, the refund amount will decrease in the following increments:
- after sketch: 45% refund
- after lineart: 25% refund
- after finished artwork: NO REFUNDS

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

GENERAL TERMS

1. i, the artist, retain usage rights to the commissioned artwork. this includes the right to:
- post on social media accounts.
- add to personal portfolio.2. commissioners are allowed to use the commissioned artwork for any personal use. this includes:
- using the artwork as a wallpaper/background for personal devices.
- re-posting on social media [credit required].
- using the artwork for layouts on public/private social media profiles [credit required].3. commissioned works are not authorized for commercial use or to be sold/auctioned as an nft by the commissioner at this time; personal use only please.4. i, the artist, may refuse any commission request that i am uncomfortable working on.

REFERENCES

at least two [2] photo references of the subject are required. if you have a certain pose in mind for the artwork please feel free to provide a self-drawn/photo reference, though this is not required.

ABILITIES & TURNAROUND

I WILL DRAW:
- human/humanoid characters [fanart & ocs]
- real people [celebrities, friends, etc.]
- furry/anthro/feral [fanart & ocs]
- robotic/android characters
- suggestive sfw

I WILL NOT DRAW:
- explicit/nsfw [not confident in my abilities]
- rps [real person ships] of celebrities/content creators
- complex mech [not confident in my abilities]
- any celebrity/creator i do not support
- anything to be sold or auctioned as an nft

please keep in mind that freelance art is not my full time job. i currently have a full time job outside of my personal art. each commission, including major/minor edits, could take anywhere between 10-30 days depending on my schedule at the time.throughout the creation of the artwork, i will send progress updates through twitter messages. if you would like to request a major edit to the artwork, please let me know during the sketching phase and i will apply it. any major edits attempted to be requested after the sketching phase will be rejected, however, small edits will be fulfilled to the best of my abilities.once your commission is finished, you can request the final high-res .png artwork be delivered through email, through sharing with google drive, or any other delivery method you feel most comfortable with. =)
